Saincere Cuisine, co-owned by Mikel Saincere, is preparing to open its doors this month at 560 Ave J SE, Winter Haven, FL 33880. The family-owned restaurant will offer quick service with a dining room, specializing in Caribbean and Haitian cuisine, Saincere said.
Saincere Cuisine aims to bring the “taste of the islands” to Winter Haven, drawing on the family’s deep roots in the food business, with Mikel’s aunt having run a successful restaurant in Haiti.
As the business grows, Saincere Cuisine has plans to expand into a lounge in West Palm Beach, offering an even broader experience for their customers in the future.
