On Friday, January 17, 2025, a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Spirit Lake Road and Sheffield Road, south of Winter Haven, led to the arrest of a man wanted on multiple drug charges.
Joshua Lee Poe , 38, was one of the drivers involved in the crash, which occurred around 3:00 p.m. During a routine check of Poe’s information, authorities discovered he had eight outstanding warrants issued in Pinellas County.
The warrants included charges for Possession of Cocaine, Sale of Cocaine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Sale of Methamphetamine, Possession of Fentanyl, Sale of Fentanyl, and additional methamphetamine-related offenses…
