The Florida Strawberry Festival Fairgrounds will host the 3rd Annual Mega Dog Adoption Event from June 6 to June 8. The event will feature over 300 adoptable dogs from shelters across the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, Manatee, Marion, Orange, Pasco, Polk, and Sumter Counties. A variety of dogs in different ages, sizes, and temperaments will be available for adoption.
Participants at the Grimes Family Agricultural Center will have adoption fees waived, and all dogs will be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped. This is made possible by the support of the Athletes & Causes Foundation, Pet Resources Foundation, Chris and Mariah Godwin, and the Florida Strawberry Festival, as reported by on the Hillsborough County’s website.
