TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Have you noticed that those SunPass scam text messages are finally starting to let up? Well, a new scheme is here to take their place.
Scammers are posing as employees of Florida’s “DMV,” called the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, the Tax Collector’s Office for Polk County warned residents.
