Davenport Traffic Stop Uncovers Meth, Fentanyl, And Arrest Of Bowling Green Woman

Woman with revoked license caught with a dangerous cocktail of illegal substances in Polk County.

POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A routine traffic stop north of Davenport on Monday evening quickly turned into a significant drug bust when Polk County Sheriff Deputy Rivera pulled over a blue pickup truck at US 27 and California Boulevard.

The driver, identified as 41-year-old Ashley Odom of Bowling Green, was found to be driving on a revoked license and in possession of multiple drugs and paraphernalia.

Odom’s license had been revoked more than two years ago in Manatee County due to her history as a habitual traffic offender. This initial discovery prompted a more thorough examination, which revealed a troubling array of illicit items…
