Florida man arrested after allegedly threatening a McDonald’s because he didn’t get his McNuggets

POLK COUNTY, Fla. (TCN) — A teen allegedly threatened to shoot up a McDonald’s restaurant after they made a mistake in his order.

According to a July 2 press conference from Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, 18-year-old Dayton Schaffer went to the fast-food restaurant and didn’t get the Chicken McNuggets he supposedly ordered. Judd said Schaffer then acted like a “McNut.”

Schaffer allegedly called McDonald’s three times and threatened to shoot up the restaurant after someone messed up his order. According to Judd, Schaffer used foul language. In the first call, the manager reportedly told the teen to come back, and they’d “make it right,” but Schaffer’s rant went on…
