Century Communities recently announced the opening of a new phase at Scenic Terrace in Polk County, Century Complete’s amenity-rich planned community straddling Haines City and Lake Hamilton in Central Florida.
Century Complete’s new phase at Scenic Terrace includes two additional collections – The Cottages and The Enclave – selling on the north side of the development in Haines City. The Company is also still selling at its first two Scenic Terrace home collections – The Grove and The Meadows – located on the south side of the development in Lake Hamilton. The south side of the community currently has a model open for tour, with a new model park slated to open later this fall.
