POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd held a press conference on Tuesday to discuss ongoing issues with some unruly boaters on Lake Winterset.
Residents in the area have long expressed concerns about the partying they say happens every weekend in their backyards, but things came to a head when a large fight broke out earlier this month.

Judd said eight people have been arrested in connection with the incident, and the investigation is still ongoing.
“We’re gonna lock y’all up until you figure out that you can’t misbehave in the community,” the sheriff said. “That you can’t fight, that you can’t knock people unconscious. It’s over, folks. It’s over.”…
