Polk County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Suspect in Late-Night Theft
WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary, theft, and criminal mischief case at Winter Haven High School after an unknown male suspect broke into two vending machines on school grounds. The incident, which occurred just after midnight on Thursday, August 21st, is documented under case number 25-32915.
According to a report from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, an individual illegally entered the school grounds and used force to break into two vending machines. The suspect stole money from inside the machines, causing property damage in the process.
