Both brothers are convicted felons
WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Two brothers with extensive criminal histories were arrested Sunday night in Winter Haven after allegedly confronting and threatening a couple with a handgun over a dispute involving ATVs.
Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) deputies responded to an aggravated assault call at a home in Jan Phyl Village at approximately 6:31 p.m. A couple told deputies that they had been riding ATVs in the Reynosa Road area before returning home.
