LAKELAND, Fla. – A 52-year-old fugitive wanted for forcible rape in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, was arrested without incident on Tuesday afternoon in Lakeland, Florida.
Scotty Lee Benton was taken into custody by Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) deputies following a tip that he was located on East Main Street.
