POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was arrested after he was caught on surveillance video leaving the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Polk City Station with a handful of portraits, including Sheriff Grady Judd’s, the sheriff’s office announced on Facebook.
“You’re not going to believe this,” Judd said. “They stole my picture.”
Judd said Mark Byrum broke into the Polk City Sheriff’s Station and stole his portrait, along with the major’s and captain’s photos.

“He stole our pictures, and he wrapped them in a towel and he hid them by a tree in Polk City,” Judd said.
