HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Dashcam video shows the moments a driver crashed into an Amazon tractor-trailer on I-75 in Hillsborough County.
The Florida Highway Patrol says this happened after 7 p.m. Tuesday when two 18-year-old Wesley Chapel men were driving southbound in a BMW “operating in a reckless manner” in the inside lane.
