A 32-year-old man sought on multiple felony warrants was arrested Friday evening after a dramatic sequence of events that included a high-speed chase, a vehicle crash, and an attempt to discard evidence.
Nocles Devin Joseph, who was being sought by Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) deputies on a Polk County warrant for Violation of Probation (stemming from charges including Grand Theft, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Domestic Violence/Battery), was finally located just before 6 p.m. on Friday, October 17th.
