Bojangles is opening multiple restaurants in the Tampa Bay area. A new restaurant in Pinellas Park will open at 7930 US Highway 19 N. in November. Another Bojangles location in Lutz is expected to open by the end of 2025, located at 18626 State Road 54.
Bojangles first opened in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1977 and quickly grew a loyal fan base with its signature fried chicken, flaky biscuits, and sweet iced tea—all made fresh daily. The brand last had a presence in Tampa Bay in the 1980s, and this new expansion marks the beginning of a larger return to the region.
