New video shows Florida deputies moving in and arresting a suspect who was seen doing donuts during a street takeover, authorities said.
The footage released by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday showed deputies responding by air and on the ground to the street takeover involving over two dozen vehicles early Sunday.
