Ellianos Coffee, the high-end drive-thru coffee chain with locations in the southeastern states, announced this week that it has begun construction on a new location in Lakeland’s Highlands Plaza, at 2890 Lakeland Highlands Road.
The new Ellianos will be helmed by franchisees Shawn R. McDonald and Taylor Caffey.
“As a lifelong resident of Lakeland, this community means so much to us,” McDonald said in a press release. “Lakeland is my hometown, and I’ve seen this community grow from a sleepy small town into a thriving city in the heart of Central Florida.”…
