HAINES CITY, FL — Chef Jesus Law told Business Debut that his new food truck, Three Black Pigs, will open November 21 at 5775 East Johnson Avenue, Haines City, FL 33844. The truck will be permanently stationed on-site and marks Law’s return to the food business after previously closing a restaurant recently in Kissimmee.
What to Expect
Three Black Pigs will serve Chinese Cantonese–style cuisine with a Venezuelan twist.
Signature dishes include fried rice with pork, chicken, ham, scallions, and bean sprouts, along with chop suey and lo mein.
Seating will be available at several high-top tables near the truck for on-site dining. While alcohol will not be served, Law said they are “working on” future permitting for consumption on the premises.
Law, who trained in Miami and currently works at Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs, said the concept is inspired by his family heritage. “My grandfather from my father’s side was Chinese, and he taught us how to cook,” he told Business Debut. “Now we’re ready to fly on our own.”…
