RIVERVIEW, Fla. (CBS12) — Three teens were arrested after they were accused of riding on bicycles and checking vehicle door handles in Hillsborough County.
On November 8, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office says, at about 10:50 p.m., its aviation unit responded to reports of prowlers in the area of Big Bend Road and Balm Riverview Road.
