Squeeze shuttle operator Marcellus Patterson was honored with a Citrus Connection GEM (Going the Extra Mile) Award for his amazing relationships with his passengers.
While we already knew that Marcellus was an incredible operator, an email from one of his passengers was sent to us outlining the joy he and his friend had while riding the Squeeze with Marcellus at the wheel, calling him an “amazingly positive and conversant ambassador for the city” and “how much better he made our day with his infectious personality.”
The email added, “I wanted to take a moment to share this with because he definitely is a great asset for the city and was an absolute pleasure to meet.”
