POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Davenport man, Alexis Irnel Cintron Victoria, 39, also known by the alias “Gordo,” is facing serious federal charges after being indicted for possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine. If convicted, Cintron Victoria faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and could be sentenced to a maximum of 40 years in federal prison.
The indictment, announced Wednesday, also includes a notice that the United States government intends to forfeit any assets connected to the commission of the alleged offense.
