Lakeland optician pulls, aims gun at victims during road rage incident: PCSO

MULBERRY, Fla. (WFLA) — A Lakeland optician was arrested after he pulled out a gun and aimed it at a victim during a road rage incident over the weekend.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrested 64-year-old Stephen Phillips of Mulberry on Sunday, Dec. 14, after responding to Mary Holland Park in Bartow regarding the incident.
