POLK COUNTY, FL – A Winter Haven man is facing a first-degree felony charge after deputies say he stabbed another man multiple times during an early-morning altercation at a local bar.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Tylor Scott Hartzog shortly after 1 a.m. Wednesday, December 17, following a reported stabbing at the Tuff Luck Saloon, located at 2390 Avenue G NW.
Deputies arriving on scene found the victim, an adult male, bleeding heavily from several injuries. Investigators said the man suffered deep lacerations to his abdomen and wrist, cuts to his head, a broken nose, and additional injuries to his face.
