The four Alan’s Air Conditioning Service office staff have been displaced for three months. All techs and install crews are still out working every day. “We are really trying to do our best to provide the same service and customer service that we did six months ago,” Tiffany Lewis, co-owner along with her husband, Brian, said. People can no longer pick up supplies such as filters on site, but Alan’s will deliver. “If customers need things, they just need to call ahead of time.”
This is what happened. “We have had multiple issues with plumbing in the men’s restroom since we began leasing the building. We have had remediation done in that restroom before, and we have had multiple repairs done. Back in September, we discovered water intrusion and mold from it again.
