POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – A woman was shot and killed in Highland City late Sunday as deputies responded to what the Polk County sheriff described as a domestic disturbance that escalated into murder, attempted murder and suicide.
During a press conference Tuesday, Sheriff Grady Judd said Jason Kinney, 47, shot his wife, Crystal Kinney, in the head inside their home. Judd said the couple argued after Crystal suggested they watch something else on TV while Jason was drinking and watching the San Francisco 49ers game.
