ISU, a 50-seat modern izakaya sushi lounge blending Japanese artistry with Peruvian flavors, has opened on Beach Drive. The concept comes from the Michelin Guide–recognized team behind Fortu. On Central Avenue, another foodie find has debuted: Monte Pizza, specializing in wood-fired pies. FireWater Wellness & Cuisine, which prides itself as a home for international food and holistic wellness, also opened on Central Avenue.
