TAMPA, FL – Cyber Nachos, a new food truck from owner Jesse Dickinson, is preparing to roll out across the Tampa Bay Area around Jan. 15, pending final permits and inspection, Dickinson told Business Debut.
The truck will primarily serve Hillsborough County and Tampa, with plans to book stops and events across surrounding counties including Pinellas, Pasco and Polk.
What to Expect
Dickinson’s goal is simple: take a food people already love and make it feel a little new. Cyber Nachos will focus on a set menu of “specially crafted” nachos with tech-inspired names, built to move fast at festivals, food truck rallies, office stops and catering events.
Because the truck is fully mobile, Dickinson said he is not tied to one location and plans to go where the demand is.
Menu and Vision
The core of Cyber Nachos is a “stacked nacho” approach. Instead of loading a pile of chips and leaving customers with an empty bowl of plain chips at the bottom, Dickinson said he builds the nachos so toppings are layered throughout, creating what he described as a better “nacho experience.”…
