Mulberry Fugitive Back In Polk County Jail After Hillsborough County Traffic Stop

POLK COUNTY, Fla. – For one Florida fugitive, the writing was quite literally on the wall—or rather, on his eyelids. Ryan Douglas O’Neal, a 45-year-old Mulberry man sought on multiple felony warrants, is back behind bars in Polk County following a traffic stop in neighboring Hillsborough County that brought his run from the law to an end.

O’Neal, whose eyelids bear the tattoos “GAME” on the right and “OVER” on the left, was transported back to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on January 9, 2026, to face a litany of charges.
