TAMPA, Fla. (WWSB) – A former police officer in Polk County has been arrested for allegedly poisoning his girlfriend’s dog, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.
Edwin Campuzano, 22, is facing charges of aggravated cruelty to animals.
