Avelo is offering its Lakeland passengers the opportunity change their travel plans ahead of winter storm Fern, which is expect to bring snow, ice and blizzard-like conditions to a large swath of the nation this weekend.
The low-budget carrier is offering anyone with tickets traveling to or from Lakeland Linder International Airport from Jan. 23 to 25 a one-time re-booking on other available flights, seven days before or after the original flight dates, according to its website.
This offer extends to several airports Lakeland Linder services, including:
- Atlanta, Georgia (code ATL)
- Nashville International Airport, Tennessee (code BNA)
- Tweed New Haven Airport, Connecticut (code HVN)
- Wilmington Airport, Delaware (code ILG)
- Wilmington International Airport, North Carolina (code ILM)
- Frederick Douglas Greater Rochester Airport, New York (code ROC)
- Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico (code SJU)
- Concord-Padgett Regional Airport in Concord, North Carolina (code USA)
Travelers looking to request re-accommodation on a different flight should contact Avelo’s Customer Solutions Center via its website between 6 a.m. to midnight. All Avelo passengers looking to rebook their flights must do so by Jan. 25.
