A Central Florida man displayed a gun in a road rage incident and was arrested, and the Sheriff called brandishing a firearm at innocent people and a child “unacceptable.”
Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested 64-year-old Stephen J. Phillips, of Mulberry, following a road rage incident. Phillips is an optician in Lakeland.
