TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – New data shows foreclosures nationwide grew sharply last year, compared to the year before.
Research from ATTOM, a real estate analytics firm, shows filings jumped by 14% year over year, which translates to more than 367,000 properties in 2025. According to the report, Florida has the highest foreclosure rate in the country.
