SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Mexican national was arrested in Polk County after deputies say he admitted to setting a fire under a mobile home and trying to break into a Winter Haven business.
On Jan. 31, a homeowner on 11th Street West reported two incidents of arson at her property.
