WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (WFLA) — A girl chose to spend her 4th birthday on Friday at the Winter Haven Police Department.
Photos posted to social media showed the young girl, Caro in a birthday crown and sash, posing with various members of the police department located in Polk County.
