Davenport’s dining scene is getting a new roll this spring, as Fancy Q Sushi & Thai plans to open a fresh outpost at the Forest Lake Drive shopping center just off U.S. Highway 27. The spot will extend the Lakeland-based brand into another busy Polk County corridor, adding one more sushi-and-Thai option along the highway.
According to WhatNow, the restaurant’s Davenport Facebook page teased “a brand new, upgraded version of Fancy Q” and listed the address as 2300 Forest Lake Dr, Suite 105. WhatNow also notes the new shop is expected to open “this spring,” and that the plaza already includes a Pizza Hut.
