A Lakeland woman was arrested for loitering after allegedly trying to break into her sister’s house to get her dogs.
An officer responded to Clermont Hillside Villas on South Grand Highway when 48-year-old Lisa Marie Andreone tried breaking into her sister’s townhome through a window at 9:45 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23, according to an arrest report from the Clermont Police Department.
Before this, Andreone asked to speak with law enforcement about getting her dogs out of the townhome. An officer talked to her over the phone, advising her to call the Lake County Sheriff’s Office to ask for a civil standby while she gathered her belongings and animals. He made it clear to her not go into the residence without calling, the report said.
She instead tried to climb through the front kitchen window while her nephew was home alone. He stated she came in a black van despite there being a no-contact order in place from her sister, who was not home at the time, the report said…
