Hit-And-Run Driver Caught After Winter Haven Crash, Leaving Motorcyclist In Critical Condition

WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – A 55-year-old Dundee woman is behind bars today after authorities say she barreled through a series of traffic signals, struck a motorcyclist, and then walked away from the wreckage while the victim lay critically injured.

The crash occurred around 5:39 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at the intersection of W. Central Avenue and 2nd Street NW in Winter Haven.
