LAKELAND, Fla. — A Hillsborough County motorcyclist is dead after he was hit by a vehicle in Polk County Saturday night.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded around 8:40 p.m. to County Line Road and Gateway Boulevard, west of Lakeland, where it was initially reported a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle.
When officials arrived, they realized the man, identified as 29-year-old Justin Fuller of Plant City, was actually riding a motorcycle when it crashed for unknown reasons. Detectives found no evidence that the motorcycle was hit by another vehicle…
