Foundry Commercial recently completed the acquisition of five newer built assisted living and memory care communities located across Georgia and Florida, the Orlando, FL-based commercial real estate services and investment company announced Monday.
Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisor represented the seller, a regional developer, in the transactions.
Three communities in Florida — in Jacksonville, Titusville and Plant City — were acquired in February. Two communities in Georgia — in Warner Robins and Boynton Ridge — were acquired in October.
