On Saturday, March 14, around 6:10 PM, Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence near Deeson Road and Meadow Glen Court in Kathleen, north of Lakeland, after a battery was reported. Deputies found that Rafael Anotonio-Miguel, age 23, had been violent toward the victim and fled on foot.
He was later found hiding under a vehicle and refused to come out. Deputies took him into custody. Anotonio-Miguel was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear and charged with Battery and Resisting without Violence. He was taken to the Sheriff’s Processing Center…
