HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – Three men are behind bars after a multi-state vehicle theft ring centered in Hillsborough County finally hit a dead end. Following a months-long investigation that began in late 2025, local detectives dismantled an operation they say targeted luxury SUVs and performance cars, totaling an estimated $388,000 in stolen property.
The suspects—Yoan Gonzalez Solorzano, 25, Javier Penate Berbe, 24, and Christien Ravi Bisnath, 31—allegedly spent months scouring dealerships, auctions, and private driveways across Florida and neighboring states. Between December 2025 and March 2026, the trio focused on high-value targets, including GMC Yukons and Cadillac Escalades.
