POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 54-year-old Lakeland woman is in custody this weekend after Polk County deputies tracked her down on an outstanding warrant from a neighboring county. Dawn Marie Salvati was apprehended Friday morning at her residence on South Wabash Avenue without any struggle.
The arrest took place around 9:45 a.m. According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived at the home specifically to serve a warrant issued out of Osceola County. The warrant cited violations of probation related to previous charges of racketeering and organized fraud.
