POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Police have arrested a 16-year-old girl following an aggressive shoplifting incident at the Posner Park Target in Davenport. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office took Brianna Nevaeh John into custody after a Friday evening theft turned into a verbal confrontation with store staff.
The incident began around 6:54 pm on March 20, when John allegedly attempted to leave the store with more than $132 worth of unpaid merchandise.
