A two-year investigation by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit led to the arrest of Cheryl Annette Jefferson, 63, of Bartow, Florida, for an organized scheme to defraud over $50,000 tied to fraudulent property sales in Flagler County.
