An apartment complex in Bartow became the center of a homicide investigation last week after 56-year-old Jeffrey Blevins was found dead from a single gunshot wound to the head.
Following a collaborative effort between the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the Bartow Police Department, authorities have arrested David Richard Morris, 48, in connection with the killing.
