There’s a change of ownership at Gaskins Barbecue and Lobster at Lakeside Village after seven years of business.
A locally owned restaurant known for combining Maine lobster rolls with slow-smoked barbecue is under new ownership. U.S. military veteran Edwin Bochtler, who recently completed his sixth tour overseas, has taken over Gaskins Barbecue and Lobster at 1614 Town Center Drive, Lakeland.
“I think there is a tremendous opportunity to spread the word about Gaskins Barbecue & Lobster at Lakeside Village for dining, catering, and take-away/delivery,” Bochtler said in a news release…
