TAMPA, Fla.- Tampa Bay residents should keep their rain gear close at hand this week as a persistent weather pattern brings daily chances for rain and thunderstorms to the region. While Monday starts off warm with a high near 85, a 40 percent chance of storms will develop after 2 p.m. under partly sunny skies.
