Brevard County Teen Tells Polk County Deputies He Was ‘Too Pretty For Jail’ After Back-To-Back I-4 Stops

POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Palm Bay teenager found out the hard way that a fresh face won’t keep you out of handcuffs in Polk County. Rolando Juliuz Pichardo Jr., 19, was arrested Wednesday afternoon after being pulled over twice in a matter of minutes on Interstate 4 near Davenport.

The sequence began around 4 p.m. on April 15 when a Polk County Sheriff’s deputy stopped a white Toyota SUV. During the encounter, the deputy discovered Pichardo was operating the vehicle with a suspended license.

Records indicated the suspension took effect on March 30, 2026, following a failure to pay a speeding fine in Brevard County…
