Pennsylvania leaders discuss solutions to youth workforce shortage at Lancaster County roundtable

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Workforce leaders, educators, and lawmakers gathered in Lancaster County on Tuesday to discuss concerns about Pennsylvania’s future workforce and the need to keep more young people living and working in the Commonwealth.
