YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A central Pennsylvania man accused of drowning his wife and staging an ATV accident to cover up her death more than a decade ago is scheduled to head back to trial in December.
Online court records show a jury trial for 53-year-old Joseph Fitzpatrick III, of Fawn Grove, is scheduled for Dec. 7.
Joseph was convicted of first-degree murder in 2015 and received a life sentence after he was charged in the drowning of his wife, 43-year-old Annmarie Fitzpatrick. According to investigators, Joseph claimed they crashed their ATV in the water…
